Each build includes key preliminary requirements such as engineering certification, soil reports, architectural design drawings, and homeowner warranties, ensuring full compliance and peace of mind. Our homes are designed and constructed to BAL 19 bushfire standards, with a 13-week maintenance period following handover.

2. Strong foundations and energy-efficient construction
All Prominda modular homes are built on a fully engineered steel structure, including subfloor, wall, and roof framing to National Construction Code standards. We use galvanised steel adjustable stumps with the Ezipier or Surefoot footing system, providing a durable, environmentally friendly base suitable for most rural and regional sites. Each home is insulated from the subfloor, walls, ceiling, and under the Colorbond roof. These levels can be tailored to the site-specific needs of the home. With double-glazed aluminium windows and doors as a standard to maximise energy efficiency and thermal comfort.
3. Premium interiors and finishes
Inside, Prominda homes feature 2.65 m ceilings, raked ceilings (up to 3.2m high) in living areas, and square-set plaster finishes for a clean, modern look. Floors are finished in engineered timber with underlay, complemented by generous allowances for quality carpets and tiles.
Bathrooms can include custom vanities, ceramic basins, tiled showers with glass screens, and contemporary tapware, while kitchens feature Smeg appliances, tiled splashbacks, and customised joinery designed to Prominda’s allowance.
Every detail — from low-VOC paints and LED lighting to 900 mm frameless mirrors and soft-close toilets and draws — reflecting our commitment to craftsmanship, comfort, and sustainability.
